Description: 1 kan (of 2 ?), 1 satsu, in a slip-case. ff. 7, 32. 18.9 x 13.4 cm. Fukurotoji.
Blockprint. Printing frame 16.5 x 12.5 cm. Single-line borders. Fishtail design on hanshin.
Minimal text in the form of captions to illustrations, in kanbun.
Original yellow covers, with original printed title slip. Gedai: 改正 (角書) 印圖十八道 / 金剛界. Title from gedai. Hashiragaki: (ff. 1-7) Jūhachi 十八 + folio no.; (ff. 1-32) Kon 金 + folio no.
Edition: Editions of Enpō 延宝七年 (1677) and Jōkyō 1 貞享元年 (1684) are recorded. The present copy is clearly a late reprint (18th century) from the original blocks of 1677 or 1684.
Contents: A Shingon Buddhist work on symbolic signs made with the hands and fingers. Probably the first maki of a 2-kan work.
