Nägärä Maryam ""The Story of Mary"" [20th century]

The apocryphal work Nägärä Maryam is attested since ca. early 18th century. The manuscript contains the Story of Mary and two marginal notes. The manuscripts was commissioned and donated by wäyzaro (Mrs) Wälättä Sellase (folios 72r, 80v). Scribe: Gäbrä Tensa'e.
Tä'amrä Maryam ""Miracles of Mary"" [19th century]
Scope & Content:
The manuscript contains a short collection of Miracles and three miniatures (probably painted later). The lacunas in the supplication formulas, meant for the name of the commissioner/donor, remained unfilled; later, the name Gäbrä Sadeqan was written, in pen, by secondary hand.

The manuscript contains the Miracles, one miniature, one "protective" drawing (fol. 6v), one ownership note. The book was owned (and donated?) by Wälättä Maryam (fem.) (folio 79rv). Scribe: Gäbrä Maryam (folio 79rv).

The manuscript contains the Mäshafä Krestenna which is used for the Baptism ritual. The Mäshafä Krestenna is thought to have been translated in the 14th century (s. Encyclopaedia Aethiopica IV, 439-41).

Scope & Content:
The manuscript contains a collection of liturgical hymns (antiphons) with musical notation signs and a drawing (the scheme of the partition of the eucharistic bread). The scribe was Goshu Wäldä Maryam (folio 93r).
Zena Sellase ""The Story of the Trinity"" [20th century]
Scope & Content:
The manuscript contains the collection of the Miracles of the Trinity, mälke'-hymn for the Trynity, and one miniature. The book was donated by Wälättä Mika'el (?; folio 101r).
