Mostly comprising letters of condolence on the death of Fox's parents, Henry Richard, 3rd Baron Holland (b 1773, d 1840), and Elizabeth (b 1771?, d 1845). Fox was Surveyor General of the Ordnance (1832-1834, 1841, 1846-1852) and Receiver General of the Duchy of Lancaster (1836-1873).
