Predominantly concerning Mervyn's work but also including personal letters from friends and family. Sometimes Maeve kept copies of her own letters, mostly with regard to exhibitions, publications and other official business.
Plates for letterpress printing etched with illustrations and drawings by Mervyn Peake. Some, if not perhaps all of these plates, were used to produce Christmas cards and other greetings cards sent by Maeve Gilmore on behalf of the Peake family.
