The case specifically relates to money belonging to Clive remitted home by Certificates and the question of whether the Company should pay interest on the money for the time it was in their hands.
Copy of certificates stating that Mr Anthony Hartley served as a volunteer at the siege of Havana and that he was given an Ensigncy of Foot in recognition of his behaviour.

The abstract lists the numbers of men of each rank employed at each point in the city, a list of officers killed, wounded and prisoners and a list of total numbers of besiegers and besieged.
There is no indication what battle this diagram relates to. The sepoy detachments were led by Captain Duffield, Captain Wilding, Captain Morgan and Captain Campbell on the Left Wing and Captain Stubbs, Major Stibbert, Captain Grant and Captain Smith on the Right Wing.
