- Fragment of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the top, bottom and left, and damaged by insect hole throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back bearing a few traces of ink. The front bears portions of 15 lines, many of which lack the ends, with a trace of line 16. Only the left margin survives.
