- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, almost complete, only lacking the lower left corner; with some damage along the vertical folds; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 31 lines running along the fibres; the last is fragmentary. Side and upper margins are minimal. On the back, there are 2 lines written in 2 columns along the fibres separated by an ink pattern. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
