‘Tie-too-Sheun. A Passage Boat. A kind of large boat employed for carrying passengers from one part of the country to another. Inscribed: ‘Night ferry.’
‘Lung Sheun. Literally Dragon or Snake boat. On a particular festival of the Chinese which falls on their fifth month, boats of this construction are used as Race boats’. Inscribed: ‘Dragon boat of the festival on the 5th of the 5th month.’
‘Tic-Sheac-Sheun. Large and strong built boat used for carrying stones for building. Literally a large stone boat’. Inscribed: ‘Boat for transporting worked blocks of stone.’
