Coloured postcard, undivided back. Showing the helmsman seated in the ornately carved stern of a Burmese laung-zat or paddy boat. Although copyrighted by Ahuja, this photograph was originally taken by Philip Adolph Klier, probably in the 1890s (for an albumen print copy, see Photo 88 (24)).
