Endorsed with a certificate of the document's production to the authorities of Constantina. Decorated border in red, mauve, brown, and green. Formerly Wellcome Historical Medical Museum, inventory no. 57476 (cf. Egerton MSS. 3271-3274, 3278-3300, described pp. 370-375, 381-391 above). No Egerton Charters or Rolls were acquired in 1944 and 1945.
