The grant has been left incomplete by the scribe, ending at the words ‘Roberto Grethed heredis et assignatis’. Nevertheless, two seals are attached. The grant is dated in a modern hand, in pencil, ‘Henry VIII, 1526’. However, the style of the hand is late 14th cent. Latin. Purchased from J. L. M. Gulley.
