Contains papers relating to the organisation, running, and content of the Festival. The Festival was entitled Verse and Voice and as it ran alongside, though independent of, the Commonwealth Arts Festival, it focussed on poetry and ballads of the Commonwealth. It was directed by Douglas Cleverdon.
