It is likely that this is the particular script referred to by Joan Plowright (Lady Olivier) in her memoirs And that’s not all (2001) as having been sent to Olivier by Osborne “in another of his periodical fits of remorse” after writing an attack on Olivier and the National Theatre in the London Evening Standard.
