- Lease of land located in the Hermopolite nome, of the duration of more than one year; details on the rent are given. There follow the subscriptions of the lessee, written by someone else as he is illiterate, of three witnesses, and of the notary Apollos; the back bears the endorsement.

- Medium-brown papyrus sheet with five detached scraps, broken off at the top, imperfect at the bottom, complete on the sides; with some surface damage; the writing runs on both sides. On the front, there are 17 lines written along the fibres; left and right margins are minimal. A sheet-join runs along the right edge. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres, the sheet having been rotated 90 degrees. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
