- Medium- to dark-brown papyrus slip, with darker patches, complete; with a hole in the central vertical fold; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 4 lines running across the fibres. All margins are extant. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres at the top left. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
