Three fragments of varying size from a papyrus sheet, lacking the upper left portion, and damaged by insect holes and abrasion. The front bears 26 lines, some of which lack the beginning. Upper, right and lower margins are extant; the left margin survives opposite lines 13-26. There are modern annotations on the back. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
