Notification addressed to Pasion, village scribe (komogrammateus) of Soknopaiou Nesos, from the priest Tesenouphis, who reports the death of his relative Harpagathes, another priest of minor age. With Pasion’s docket and date at the end.

Papyrus sheet, darker in the lower half, complete, with minor damage along the vertical folds; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of one column of 26 lines. All margins are extant, with the right being minimal and the blank space at the bottom measuring c. 80 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Papyrus sheet, mutilated along the left edge and at the top, and lacking the lower right-hand corner; with breaks and surface damage throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 15 lines, with a blank space of 45 mm between lines 11 and 12. Margins partly survive, the right being minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
