- Papyrus sheet, pale-brown, with insect holes, abrasion and other surface damage, especially in the left–hand portion; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There is one column of 29 lines, with their beginnings being damaged; margins are extant. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
