Each page bear two columns, measuring approximately 150 x 58 mm; there are 30 lines to the column, with 15-19 letters per line. The codex belongs to Turner’s ‘large, square’ type. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. III. The fragment is housed in a glass frame.
