- Papontos alias Sotis, of Herakleia, acknowledges that he has received 82 drachmas as a deposit from Arseis, daughter of Mystes. The deposit is to be repaid on demand. The deed, executed at Pelousion, was later crossed out. On the back, the village of Herakleia is mentioned.

Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged by holes throughout. Writing runs along the fibres on both sides, the back having one word. On the front there is a column of 17 lines, with the last very fragmentary, which was crossed out. Vertical and horizontal folding lines are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
