Small, square-shaped papyrus sheet, slightly damaged at the bottom and top and with few holes; it is written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 9 complete lines. Folding lines are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Small papyrus sheet, complete, with slight surface damage in the middle along the vertical fold. The text is complete and runs along the fibres on one side, with the back being blank. All margins are extant, the right being irregular and minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
