Medium-brown papyrus sheet, dark-stained in places, extracted from mummy cartonnage, with plaster residue and surface damage in places; written on one side along the fibres. On the front, there are 16 lines; margins are extant, the lower being ample. The back is blank. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
