Papyus sheet, broken off at the bottom, irregularly cut to the right. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. One column of 19 lines surivive. Upper and side margins are extant, the right being irregular and occasionally minimal. There is surface damage in places; a strip of vertical fibres seems to have been glued to the front, perhaps to fix a fault in manufacture. Horizontal folds are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
