Papyrus sheet, complete, with damage located along some of the vertical folds. The text is complete and runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The last four lines are indented and separated from the rest of the text by some blank space. Left, upper and lower margins are extant; no margin was left at the right. The blank space at the bottom measures 55 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
