- A declaration headed ‘Soknopaiou (Nesos), camel 1’ addressed to the strategus and royal scribe of the division of Herakleides in the Arsinoite nome from Ecysis, son of Horus, who states that he still owns the camel he had registered in the previous year. With registration dockets at the end.

Light-brown papyrus sheet, slightly damaged along the right edge and torn at the bottom; it is written on one side along the fibres, with the back blank. The text consists of 19 complete lines, some of which indented. Horizontal folds are visible. An ample margin was left to the left. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
