Papyrus sheet, broken off at the top; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 11 lines, with a speck of ink at the top and additional traces in the lower edge. Left and lower margins survive, no margin was left to the right. A sheet-join is visible in the left edge, running along the height of the sheet. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
