- Small and rectangular papyrus sheet, complete, with damage along the vertical folds and with insect holes of varying size in places; written on both sides. The front bears 5 lines, complete; margins are extant, the upper being generous (40 mm). On the back, there is one column of 9 lines, somewhat abraded, written across the fibres in the left-hand part of the sheet. There are modern annotations on both sides; the one in red refers to the publication in P.Fay. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
