- Broad sheet of papyrus, folded from the bottom upwards and possibly from each side towards the middle. Incomplete at the bottom-right side, where two small fragments, which do not directly join the major one, are still preserved. Written across the fibres, with a docket on the verso written along the fibers occupying. Mounted in glass.
