- Papyrus sheet in two fragments, complete but with holes and surface damage in places, and somewhat torn along the edges; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 3 lines in the upper half of the sheet; all margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 55 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
