- Papyrus sheet, darker on the left-hand side; damaged at the top and lacking the upper right corner, but otherwise well preserved; written on both sides. On the front, there are 14 lines against the fibres; margins are minimal. The back bears one line running along the fibres, written at the top and lacking the beginning. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
