Medium-brown papyrus sheet, torn on the right and left, and damaged along the horizontal folds; written on both sides. On the front, there are portions of 6 lines running across the fibres; upper and lower margins survive. On the back, there is one word written along the fibres, damaged. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
