- Petition addressed to Gaius Iulius Pholus, chief of police (epistates phylakiton), from Dicaeus, a royal farmer, reporting an act of violence made by Helenous, daughter of Totheus, against his wife. Dicaeus asks that Helenous be summoned.

- Papyrus sheet, damaged by insect holes throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. A small strip has been glued diagonally onto the surface at the top. There is one column of 22 lines, with paragraphus at the end. Lines 1-10 are better preserved. Margins are extant, the right being minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures 55 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
