- Medium-brown papyrus in poor condition, broken off on the left and right, shredded at the top and perhaps complete at the bottom; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 7 fragmentary lines written along the fibres. The back bears portions of two columns written across the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front and traces of two washed-out lines. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
