- Fragment from a medium-brown papyrus sheet, darker by patches, reused as mummy cartonnage; written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are portions of 14 lines written across the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends and abraded in places. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
