Quarantine to be performed by all vessels arriving at Turkish Ports unprovided with a Bill of Health

p 47. Communication from the Consul and British Agent at Jeddah, stating that the fine hitherto inflicted on vessels arriving at Turkish Ports without a Bill of Health has been abolished, and that in lieu all future vessels without such a document will be obliged to be held in quarantine.
