Right fragment (C): Upper portion of a parchment leaf, with writing on both sides, in Greek and Coptic.
Lower left fragment (D): Fragment of a parchment leaf, only bearing a few letters on either side.
Lower right fragment (E): Fragment of a parchment leaf, mostly blank, with only a few letters surviving on either side.

- Right-hand portion of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, with seven detached scraps from its right-hand side; written on one side, with the back blank. On the front, there are the ends of 15 lines written along the fibres. Upper, right and lower margins survive. Folding lines are still visible. The detached fragments are either blank or bear a few traces of ink. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Papyrus sheet, broken off on the sides, complete at the top and bottom; with minor surface damage in places; written on both sides. On the front, there are 8 lines, lacking beginnings and ends with the exception of line 8, which is complete and written in the middle of the line. The upper margin is minimal; the lower margin is ample. An irregular sheet-join runs horizontally along the lower edge. On the back, there is one line written along the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text on the front. Horizontal folds are still visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

- Isidora, who leases baths, complains to Zenon that Maron is doing her wrong by demanding a sum of money from her, and asks Zenon to investigate the matter; an interruption of water supply for nine days had occurred, for which she had quarrelled with Zenon.

There are 27 lines across the fibres, some of which lack the final letters. Blank space separates line 19 from line 20. Upper and left margins are minimal, the lower margin is extant, the right is lost. An irregular sheet-join is visible along the width of the sheet, above line 20. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Margins are extant; the left is irregular because the text is indented from line 7 to the end; the right margin is irregular too and minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
