One main fragment and one scrap from a papyrus roll, further fragments of which have been identified in a Berlin papyrus (inv. 11533) and in a papyrus formerly published as P.Fay. 10 (Bodleian Library, MS. Lat. class. g. 5 (P)).
On the recto, the main fragment preserves two imperfect columns written in Latin along the fibres; the upper margin survives to 35 mm; the space between the columns is between 21 and 29 mm. On the back is the lower part of one column of a Greek text written across the fibres; the left margin measures up to 84 mm. Mounted in one glass case.
