Interviewed by Dr DeWitt Ellinwood on 14th March 1970. Mal Singh (younger brother of Indar Singh) was in the Indian Army from 1915 to 1936 with the 35th Sikhs. He did not go overseas, and in 1919 was stationed at Peshawar.

Interviewed by Dr DeWitt Ellinwood on 14th March 1970. Kirath Singh joined the Indian Army in 1906, and served in Mesopotamia, Palestine and Egypt with the 47th Sikhs during the First World War. During the Second World War he served in a recruiting office.
