Fragments of varying size of a papyrus sheet, those located in the lower part of the frame being mostly scraps. The larger fragment is damaged by holes, especially along the vertical folds. The text runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; the lines lack the beginnings. Part of the upper and lower margins survive; the left margin is lost and no margin was left to the right. The fragments are mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
