Upper portion of a papyrus roll of fine quality and light colour, mounted on cardboard in a glass frame. Writing runs on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. The first sheet of the roll displays horizontal fibres. All margins extant. The right margin is minimal. Sheet-joins are visible throughout.
