24. Dr. J. Aylmer, Bishop of London, to Lord Burghley; to recommend his Chaplain Dr. Vaughan, to the Dean of St. Paul's, for a Residentiaryship, April 17, 1591.
25. Dr. Wm. Overton, Bishop of Coventry and Lichfield, describes to Lord Burghley abuses in the loans and subsidies, and the way to regulate them, May 4, 1591.
26. A letter to the Queen from an unnamed person, (seemingly from the Bishop of Lincoln,) that Her Majesty would he pleased not to insist on his surrendering his Manor of Somersham (in Huntingdonshire). (Latin.) It has no date, and is apparently only a copy.
27. A letter of Mr. Hugh Broughton, to Lord Burghley; for the Queen's leave to travel, and make use of King Casimire's library, March 27, 1591. (Greek.)
