- One frame with one papyrus fragment bearing writing on one side; the back is blank. The front bears portions of two columns running along the fibres, originally wide (with up to 35 letters to the line). Of the first column 22 fragmentary lines remain; of the second, the beginnings of 8 lines; part of the upper margin and intercolumn survive. With remains of cartonnage decoration and plaster.
