- One medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete, but imperfect at the bottom and with insect-holes throughout; written on both sides. On the front, there are 22 lines running along the fibres; all margins are extant. Folding lines are still visible. The back bears one line written along the fibres at the top. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
