- One medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete, with a few insect-holes at the bottom (front); written on both sides. On the front, there are 14 complete lines running along the fibres, the last being written after some blank space; all margins are extant, the lower being ample. The back bears one line written across the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
