- A man from Panopolis, whose name is damaged, acknowledges receipt of a loan of a sum of money on the security of part of a half share of a house, whose boundaries are described. On the back there are remains of an account for the month of Payni (unpublished).

Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off to the right, imperfect at the top and bottom, and with some surface damage; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 18 lines lacking the ends; the left margin is extant and measures 20-35 mm, and portions of the upper and lower margins survive. On the back, there are portions of various lines written across the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front; there are reddish marks throughout. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
