Mid-dark brown papyrus sheet reused as mummy cartonnage, broken off at the bottom and with surface damage throughout; writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Portions of 10 lines survive, with a trace of another line at the bottom. A sheet-join runs along the right height of the sheet in the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
