Small, square papyrus sheet, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. It is complete, although damaged by a few wormholes. The surface is damaged in places. The text is complete and consists of 9 lines; left, upper and lower margins are extant, and no margin was left at the right. Vertical folding lines are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
