- Order in duplicate form from Panacestor to Clitarchus and Andron to issue quantities of barley and wheat to various individuals as loans for labour costs and for seed. Lines 1-15: Inner text, originally rolled up and sealed. Line 16-end: Outer text. The endorsement is on the back.

- Extent:
- Long and narrow medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete and well preserved, with holes in the middle; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 31 lines running along the fibres, complete; blank space separates line 15 and line 16. Margins are extant, the right and left being minimal. On the back, there are 3 lines running across the fibres, the one at the top written upside down in relation to the two at the bottom. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
