- Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete but damaged by insect holes, with writing on both sides. On the front, there are 20 lines written along the fibres in the upper half of the sheet; margins are extant, the lower being ample; on the back, there are traces of one line running along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
