Papyrus sheet in poor condition, darker to the right, with holes especially located in its left half and abrasion and other surface damage throughout. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 25 lines, some of which lack the beginnings. The margins survive, although they are mutilated in places. A sheet-join runs along the height of the sheet in the right margin. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
